Teen Therapist Los Angeles

Do you fight with your parents? Do you think they ask stupid questions? Do they not like your choice of friends? Or are you just plain feeling depressed?

Most teens feel like their parents, or most adults for that matter, don't understand them. You're right. They don't.

Part of being a teenager is developing your own identity – separate from your parents – however most parents have a difficult time adjusting to the new you. This is how the fighting usually starts. It's easy for feelings to get hurt when there is conflict – whether it's with your parents or with your peers. If you are struggling with either of these I can help.

I like young people and have a lot of experience working with them. I get what you're going through and I can help you understand it in a new way, too.
